Empty the Nest packs and moves everything you want us to take, then we sell, donate, recycle, or (if necessary) responsibly dispose of the rest. Our team walks the home with you — you take what you want, we take care of everything else. If we find something during cleanout that looks personally meaningful, we’ll set it aside and let you know.
A discount that rewards what we find
If your cleanout turns up furniture or household goods we can sell in our thrift store, we credit that resale value against your final bill — the more we can sell, the less your cleanout costs. Items we can’t sell are donated to local charities and food shelves.

Step 1: Get in Touch
Fill out our cleanout estimate request form to schedule a walkthrough for your home. You can count on us to respond quickly and respectfully.
Step 2: Free In-Home Walkthrough
We’ll meet you at the home, review what needs to go, and give you a clear estimate — including any resale credit toward your bill. We’ll determine what you’d like to keep, what we can sell, and what we can donate.
Step 3: Cleanout Day
Our team arrives with a truck and everything needed to do a full cleanout, wall-to-wall. Everything gets packed carefully, whether it’s headed to our thrift store for resale or to a local donation partner. Depending on the size of the home, this can take anywhere from a few hours to a full day.
Step 4: Reuse & Donate
Whatever sells goes to our thrift store. Whatever can’t be sold is donated to local charities and food shelves. Anything that must be trashed, we dispose of carefully and consciously.
